This Privacy Policy describes how AWinburnART (AWA, the “Site”, “we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal                             Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with                     Personal Information, please contact us using the email or postal address at the bottom of this page to request       deletion.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and             information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us         for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information about an identifiable individual                      (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Below is a list of Personal Information we collect           and why.

Device Information: 

     Reason:  to ensure the Site loads accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to help us make the                        Site better.

     How: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.

     Personal Information Collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information,  password,                            computer and connection information, purchase history, comments, feedback, reviews, what sites or                                  products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.  Comments, feedback and                                            reviews may be used publicly on the AWA Site and promotional materials which may include, but is                                    not limited to emails and postal mail however, your identity will remain private revealing only the first                                name and last initial.

     Disclosure: We share information with Wix.com as our processor.

When you place an Order: 

 To fulfill your order, you must provide AWA with certain information such as your name, phone number, email        address, shipping address, billing address, payment information, and the details of the item that you’re                      ordering. 

     Reason: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information,                                 arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with                                     you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and  provide you with information or advertising                                         relating to our products or services should you choose those options. 

      How: All of this information is provided by you.

      Disclosure: AWA engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to AWA, such                         as delivery services and payment processing through Wix.  AWA will share your personal                                                     information with these parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these individual

              services.

For Customer Support:

AWA will collect and store your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, billing                                       address, and payment information.

      Reason: to provide customer support.

      How: collected from you.

      Disclosure: This information is shared with our platform Wix.com.

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our                     contracts with you, as described above. For example:

                  - Wix.com provides AWA with the online platform that allows AWA to sell art and provide services to                                 you through their processing services. They process your data on our behalf but do not use your data                                 for their own benefit.

                  - Service providers. AWA engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide                                      services to AWA, such as delivery companies and payment processing. AWA will share your personal                                  information with these parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these individual                                                    services.

                  - In compliance with laws AWA may collect, use, retain, and share your information if AWA has good                              faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests;                                    (b) enforce AWA agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other                                illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of AWA’s                                          customers, or others.

BEHAVIORAL MARKETING

We use Wix analytics to understand how our customers use the Site. These analytics include information about how a customer comes to our Site. This includes organic methods such as SEO (through a search engine) and organic social media which means you found our site through a link that leads directly to AWA posted by us. We also use optional email marketing and newsletters which you may opt out of at anytime.

     

Currently we do not use paid advertising to drive traffic to our Site. Should this change in the future, we will               update this section of the Privacy Policy and make note of the update at the top of this page.

USING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your Personal Information to provide services to you. This includes offering products for sale,                           processing payments, shipping, fulfilling your order, and keeping you informed on new products, services, and       events.

LAWFUL BASIS

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you are a resident of the European Economic             Area (EEA), we process your Personal Information under the following lawful basis:

                - Consent: You give affirmative consent (opt-in) for us to process your Personal data to receive email                                   marketing and newsletters, for example.

                - Contract: This is Personal Information required to fulfill your order in various stages, such as payment                               processing or your physical address for shipping purposes.

                - Legal Obligation: This processing is necessary for us to comply with the law. For example,                                                   collecting information for tax purposes.

                - Legitimate Interests: This processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, or the interests of a third                           party. To prevent fraud or to ensure the network and information security of our IT systems, for                                               example.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and         until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your             Rights’ section below.

GDPR and CCPA

Your Personal Information is initially processed by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel), and may then be transferred to other Wix entities for storage and, as necessary, to provide our services.  Transfers to Wix entities are covered by a Wix intra-company Data Processing Agreement, which puts in place appropriate safeguards as required to ensure that cross-border transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws such as, for instance, the EU’s GDPR. SECURITY

AWA values the security of your information, and we do everything in our power to protect it. However, as we can't guarantee absolute protection. we encourage you to create a strong password for your account. If needed, keep it in a log somewhere but do not let anyone have access to that information. Also, avoid submitting any sensitive information which, if exposed, could cause you a lot of harm.

COOKIES

 A cookie is a small amount of information that is downloaded to your computer of device when you visit our            Site. We use several different cookies, including functional, performance, or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing our Site to remember your actions and preferences (such as log in and region selection) which o means you don't have to re-enter the information every time you visit the Site or browse from one page to another.  Cookies also provide how people use our Site, for instance, whether it's their first time visiting, or they are a frequent visitor.

Changes and             clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
