This Privacy Policy describes how AWinburnART (AWA, the “Site”, “we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

To fulfill your order, you must provide AWA with certain information such as your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, billing address, payment information, and the details of the item that you’re ordering.
Reason: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services should you choose those options.
How: All of this information is provided by you.
Disclosure: AWA engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to AWA, such as delivery services and payment processing through Wix. AWA will share your personal information with these parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these individual

- Service providers. AWA engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to AWA, such as delivery companies and payment processing. AWA will share your personal information with these parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these individual services.
- In compliance with laws AWA may collect, use, retain, and share your information if AWA has good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce AWA agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of AWA’s customers, or others.

BEHAVIORAL MARKETING
We use Wix analytics to understand how our customers use the Site. These analytics include information about how a customer comes to our Site. This includes organic methods such as SEO (through a search engine) and organic social media which means you found our site through a link that leads directly to AWA posted by us. We also use optional email marketing and newsletters which you may opt out of at anytime.
Currently we do not use paid advertising to drive traffic to our Site. Should this change in the future, we will update this section of the Privacy Policy and make note of the update at the top of this page.

AWA values the security of your information, and we do everything in our power to protect it. However, as we can't guarantee absolute protection. we encourage you to create a strong password for your account. If needed, keep it in a log somewhere but do not let anyone have access to that information. Also, avoid submitting any sensitive information which, if exposed, could cause you a lot of harm.
